Counting??

So anyone who has read my last blog post knows that my highest stat horse is Inertia, my 5/6 +81 Cleveland Bay mare

And anyone who has played HI2 understands how I'm feeling when I say I really want to catch a 6/6 wild!!

Unfortunately, I can't tell you in this post that I have caught a 6/6 wild, but I think I'm starting to come pretty close!  Back on Saturday I did a small wild hunting excursion with my APQH stallion Romeo.  I noticed that the Leaf isles were unoccupied, so we headed in that direction first. Our first stop:  Petal Isle, and after searching for a little while, I came across wild horse #1

I thought this guy was really cute!  And you don't come across a BSP this tall everyday, either.  The only reason I couldn't 100% justify keeping him was his 4/6 stats, but I told myself if I didn't find any other horses I liked better, then he could stay.

Lo and behold, I soon came across wild #2:

This guy is obviously lucky already!
That pot of gold had 52k stashed inside :)

Picture perfect markings and 5/6 stats?  Obviously this guy has to stay!  He doesn't quite beat Inertia's impressive stats, clocking in at only +54, but I'm keeping him anyways.  I have named him Marlin :)

I ended up surrendering the BSP to the livery :).  And in case you haven't quite figured out what the title means, I'll give you a hint:
BSP:  4/6
NFP:  5/6
???:  6/6

Cavalcade of Cleveland Bays

Hello readers! It's Gem, here to share with you my latest (but unfortunately not my greatest) interesting wild find. There's a backstory, of course. Let me take you back to March 13th, the day I first "subscribed" to Horse Isle 2...

I was wandering around Brown Isle, looking for my first wild horse as a subscribed player.  I was searching and searching, and having no luck.  My sister was next to me on the desktop, playing a different horse game, and we had switched temporarily so I could ride her newest horse.  I, of course, was complaining to her how I was having no luck finding any wilds whatsoever, and within the first two minutes, she turns to me and says, "I found a wild" with a smirk on her face.  I took the laptop back to lasso Dazzle, my first Cleveland Bay.  (Sadly, I don't have any screenshots of her as a wild)

She's 1/6 -49 XD I really only kept her because
she was my first horse as a sub ;)
A little more than a month later, I found my second Cleveland Bay, on Twin Rivers Isle while chatting with some of my buddies.  If you thought Dazzle's stats were at all impressive (love you, Dazzle <3) check out this mare!

(I was originally riding Consequences when I found her,
but I switched to Dazzle so the twins could meet)

This mare is even taller than 16.3 hand Dazzle, and she's 5/6 +81, making her the best horse stat-wise that I've ever caught!  I named her "Inertia", in the hopes that with catching an awesome 5/6er, the "inertia" will eventually propel me to lasso a 6/6er sometime soon! :)

Inertia now <3
And just about a week ago, I thought my Cleveland herd was going to expand again!  Look what I found on Bend Isle!

As soon as I "looked" and saw that he was a Cleveland Bay, I had convinced myself that he would be 6/6 and have to stay.  Luckily for my overcrowded stables (but not so for me), he was only 2/6 and then was put to auction.

Frankly, I don't mind having the Clevelands around, I think it's a beautiful breed, in real life as well!!

From what I've read, the Cleveland bay was originally bred to pull carts, and they were all supposed to be bay so the cart could have a clean look with all the horses being the same color.  Google is also telling me that a Cleveland Bay crossed with a Thoroughbred makes an awesome, sporty horse!  What do you say, Sensa?? ;)
